Our Story
Crafted for Champions, Inspired by Tradtion
Triple Crown Reserve Co. is a premium bourbon brand inspired by the rich heritage of horse racing’s most prestigious series—the Triple Crown. Just as champions are forged on the track, our bourbon is crafted with patience, tradition, and excellence. Aged for 13 years in tribute to the 13 legendary Triple Crown winners, each bottle embodies the spirit of victory, blending the time-honored artistry of whiskey-making with the excitement and legacy of the sport.
The Craft
Barrels
Triple Crown Reserve Co. bourbon is aged in hand-selected, charred American oak barrels, enhancing its rich depth and complexity. For our Triple Cask expression, we use a combination of new charred oak, seasoned sherry casks, and toasted French oak to create a uniquely smooth, layered flavor profile worthy of champions.
Distillation
Our bourbon is meticulously crafted using a time-honored distillation process, where select grains are mashed, fermented, and distilled in copper stills for a smooth, refined character. Aged for 13 years in charred oak barrels, it develops deep complexity, rich flavor, and a finish worthy of champions.
Aging
Triple Crown Reserve Co. bourbon is aged for 13 years, honoring the 13 Triple Crown winners and allowing deep complexity to develop. This extended aging process enhances the whiskey’s rich and luxurious character, creating a smooth, well-balanced blend with layers of oak, caramel, and spice—crafted to embody the spirit of champions.
The Legacy
Kentucky Derby – Churchill Downs
The First Jewel
Since 1875, Churchill Downs has hosted the Kentucky Derby, the oldest and most iconic Triple Crown race, opening the season with its cooling mint juleps, fun pageantry, and "The Most Exciting Two Minutes in Sports."
Preakness Stakes – Pimlico Race Course
The Middle Mile
Held at historic Pimlico in Baltimore, Maryland since 1873, the Preakness Stakes brings a raw, gritty energy to the series. It’s the shortest and often most intense leg—where legends either stumble or surge ahead.
Belmont Stakes – Belmont Park
The Final Test
First run in 1867, the Belmont Stakes is the longest and most grueling leg of the Triple Crown. At Belmont Park in New York, it’s known as “The Test of the Champion,” where dreams are either fulfilled or fall just short.
Fastest Champions

In 1919, Sir Barton became the first to win all three races—before the term “Triple Crown” existed.

In 1973, Secretariat broke a 25-year drought with record-setting wins and a legendary Belmont run.

Affirmed, War Admiral’s descendant, swept in 1978 and earned over $2 million in his career.
